The Flour Parade

I just can't seem to make home made egg noodles with out getting flour all over my tiny little kitchen/dinning room/living room.  But is so worth it!  Home made noodles are very inexpensive to make and you pair that with a whole chicken a few seasonings its a lot of food for little money and so good!Fighting off colds with home made chicken noodle soupphoto © 2009 ben dalton | more info (via: Wylio)













 I learned how to make home made noodles from my grandma and they were great.  But when I went to The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago for one of the pasta classes I took. I learned how to make them the best!  Nothing like grandma's recipes with a bit of science and art!   The only bad thing now is I am all alone to eat them when they are finished, but that's ok I can share them with family.  Left overs are always good too.  Oh and I am topping it of with a really nice simple Chocolate Cake! YUM!  So I guess the Flour Parade through my modest home is quite ok!
